First and foremost, we don't work as a normal real estate agency. We don't sell established property, or host open homes on weekends, or show properties for rent. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Although we have Real Estate Licenses in all of the East Coast States, our only role is to find property for clients of The Sydney Home Loan Centre and the Queensland Loan Centre. That's why we were set up - and its what we do day in and day out.

Over the last 15 years we've built relationships with property developers and builders all over the country to ensure we can find the RIGHT property for every customer's situation. At any given time, we have access to more than 300 projects Australia-wide, including apartments, townhouses and house & land.

We work directly with The Sydney Home Loan Centre and Queensland Loan Centre to make the entire process simple and transparent.

Once we know what price range and what type of property you’re after, we’ll send a “blast” out to our developer and builder database to see what’s available. We will then put together a selection of new properties for your perusal. If you don’t like any of these, we’ll find some more. Simple as that.

And best of all… we don’t charge YOU for this service. We’ll invoice the developers as the licensed real estate agent on the transaction, so no money will come out of YOUR pocket or from YOUR Self Managed Super Fund, for our services.
